Medit Scan for Clinics

  • Post-processing > Processing failed
  • Processing Does Not Start After Scan Completion
  • Processing Time Delay or Freeze Issue
  • Multiple Cases Stuck in Processing Status
  • Certain areas where it is challenging to acquire scan data
  • Double-layer scan data
  • After post-processing, some of the data is missing.
  • Things to check when acquiring unsatisfactory scan data
  • The scanner is overheated.
  • During scanning/calibration, the program freezes and crashes.
  • Face scan > Could not import the image. Select image of teeth smile and/or retracted lips.
  • Unable to scan holes
  • An issue with the scanner's performance (noisy data & lagging)
  • Unable to add a scan body library to favorites.
  • Smart arrows are not showing up.
  • Some parts of pre-operative tooth data still remain in the maxilla/mandible scan stage.
  • License update failure
  • Graphics drivers update issue (GeForce products)
  • Failed to connect to the scanner
  • The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer.
