Unable to add a scan body library to favorites.

Symptoms

Unable to add a scan body library to favorites clicking the "Add to Favorites" button.

Solution

This happens when the relevant folder named "Medit Scanbody" is corrupted. In this case, you need to delete the existing folder and create a new one with the same name. Your previous favorites also are deleted, therefore you need to add them to favorites again after new folder creation.

1. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Medit\Medit Database.
2. Delete the "Medit Scanbody" folder.
3. Create a new folder.
4. Name the folder "Medit Scanbody."
