Unable to scan holes

Symptoms

Unable to scan holes on the surface of scan data.

Solution

This can happen if the scan data contains double-layered data. After using "Optimize" to improve the scan data, try rescanning.

Optimize

• Used to align the 3D scan data that has been obtained.
• All noisy data from the obtained scan data is removed throughout the optimization process.
