Symptoms
The error "The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer." appears upon launching the Medit Link application.
Solutions
The Visual C++ Redistributable - DLL (Dynamic Link Library) file is required to run the Medit Link application since the program is built using Microsoft's Visual Studio software development environment.
1. Update your Windows and check if the problem persists.
2. If the problem persists, try the following:
a) Connect the installation USB flash drive(included in the i500 package) to the PC.
b) Navigate to Medit_Link_1.0.1.0\Utility\vcRedist.
c) Apply Install or Repair to all files in the folder.
d) Launch the Medit Scan for Clinics program again.
3. If the problem still persists, uninstall the Medit Link application and reinstall it.
