Symptoms

The "Face Scan" procedure doesn't progress indicating the following message: "Could not import the image. Select image of teeth smile and/or retracted lips."

Solutions

When the image is missing the nose and eyes, the message appears. Create a new image in which a nose, eyes, and lips appear.
