Symptoms
Multiple cases are simultaneously stuck in the Processing status, and the processing progress does not move at all.
💡 It may appear to be a Processing delay issue, but it actually corresponds to a data loss issue type.
Point to Check
- Normally, only one case is in Processing status at a time.
- If multiple cases are in Processing status simultaneously, it is an abnormal situation with a high possibility of data loss.

This mainly occurs when data created in offline mode is not properly synchronized when switching to online mode.
Troubleshooting
1. Check the Modified Date
- Check the modified date of the cases in Processing status.
Since file attachment is not possible, identify the CaseItemID based on the modified date.
2. Check Data Storage Path
- Storage path (default):
C:\ProgramData\Medit\Medit Link\Data\Operation - Check the case folder based on the modified date and verify the presence of original/result data.
3. Report Data Loss if Recovery is Impossible

If there is no data in the folder or recovery is impossible, report to our support team following the data loss reporting process.
