What should be checked if the acquired scan data are unsatisfactory?

💡Check the "Scan Checklist" to see if any factors may have affected the acquisition of scan data.
1. Calibrate the scanner.
2. Update motherboard chipset drivers, Windows, and graphics card drivers.
3. Ensure that the mirror of the tip is clean and free of stains. If the mirror appears smudged or foggy, clean it and then rinse it thoroughly with water. Carefully dry the mirror with a paper towel.
- If the mirror is dirty, stains may be seen on the Live View screen as shown in the image below.
