How can I get the best scan data with my i700?
We recommend following our scan strategies for each scan stage.
Although the scanner works perfectly even without powder, you should take special care to drain fluids of any kind in the mouth before beginning the scan.
If there are new alloy areas like recent golden crowns, we highly recommend using powder for those areas should you encounter issues while scanning.
Please refer to Help Center for scan strategies: Scan Strategies
