Assertion failed > Line: 65

Symptoms

• When accepting an order at In Box, the software fails and displays the message: "ASSERTION FAILED"
• In the error message, the line number appears to be 65.

Solutions

Navigate to the folder as indicated below, and delete all data in the folder.
