Symptoms
Slowed uploading of case data to the cloud server.
Solution
Check the network status of Medit Link in the title bar. If the Network Status icon is all green as shown in the image below, it means that the connection with the cloud server is stable.
After clicking the Network Status icon, enable "Work Offline" to go to offline mode, then disable it again to connect to online mode and check if the Network Status icon is back to all green. If so, it is highly likely that this is a case where the data upload speed is lowered by other factors even though the connection between Medit Link and the cloud server is stable.
In fact, your internet speed often can fluctuate dramatically for a variety of reasons. Slow upload speeds are frequently caused by your ISP (internet service provider), router, peak-time usage, or other factors.
- If you're using a wireless connection, try switching to an Ethernet cable to see if that fixes the problem.
- Check the router and perform a reset to see if the problem has been resolved.
- Finally, you can contact your internet service provider to see if anything specific is causing slow upload speeds in your area.
