In Medit Link > Partners, I can't locate the user I'm looking for.

Symptoms

In Medit Link > Partners, the Medit Link user I'm looking for is not present.

Solutions

"Medit Link > Partners" only displays users of the opposing business type. If the user you are looking for has the same business type as yours (Clinic/Dental Lab), Medit Link does not return the search result in this case.

If the aforementioned is not the case, contact and verify that the user you are looking for accurately entered the details of their business organization on Meditlink.com. Organization information can be found under My Info > My Organization > Address Information. 

Conversely, in the case that your business organization is invisible to others, double-check to see if the details you entered in Medit Link's "My Organization" section are correct.
