The file upload status is incorrectly recognized.

[Symptom]

The file upload status is incorrectly recognized on Medit Link due to the file sync issue. Even though all files have been uploaded, but not proceeded with the sync correctly, and the upload icon is displayed in the File Viewer.

[Troubleshooting]

If you have created cases after updating Medit Link to the latest version, the above issue won`t happen.

If the cases were created in the previous versions of Medit LInk, please update your Medit Link to the latest version and then trigger the synchronization process by either cloning the case or trimming the scan data a bit.
