[Symptoms]
Unable to download files when
- Labs attempt to download files included in the cases clinics sent.
- You try to open the case on other PCs that were not used to scan the case.
[Troubleshooting]
¶ Unable to download files when labs attempt to download files included in the cases clinics sent.
- The clinic that created the case should update its Medit Link app to the latest version.
- The clinic needs to trigger the synchronization process by cloning the case.
- Send the cloned case as an order to the lab again.
¶ Unable to download files when you try to open the case from other PCs that were not used to scan the case.
- Update the Medit Link app to the latest version on the PC that was used to create the case.
- Start the synchronization process by making a copy of the case(cloning) or by editing a bit of the scan data.
