Unable to start Medit Link / Medit Scan for Clinics(Labs)

Symptoms

• Unable to log in to the Medit Link application.
• The program says your license is not available when trying to start Medit Scan for Clinics/Labs.

Troubleshooting

Check if your antivirus software is blocking the internet access required to start the Medit Link app. It is recommended to remove antivirus apps to ensure a stable connection for using the Medit Link app.

It can also be the case that the firewall of your facility is blocking the Internet so you need to consult your network administrator on how to safelist the following URLs and Port to the firewall.
