Medit Link Crash Report when exporting files (Dell PC only)

Symptoms

• When exporting scan data on the Medit Link application, the software fails and displays the message as shown below: "Medit Link Crash Report"
• The symptoms and the solution herein applies to Dell PC users only.

Solutions

The problem occurs when the Dell Backup and Recovery (DBAR) application needs updates. Go to the manufacturer's support page by clicking the link below; download and install the latest Dell Update Package (DUP) according to the installation instruction presented on the page. Then, restart the Medit Link application.
