Failed to playback the recorded video on Medit Link

Issue

The recorded video did not play properly in Medit Link.

Troubleshooting

This problem could arise if the codec for Windows Media Player was not correctly installed during the Windows installation process after formatting, or if Windows has not been updated for an extended period. Installing the Windows Media Player Codec should resolve the issue.
