EXE and MSI file signature mismatch

Symptoms

During the installation of the Medit Link app, an error message states "EXE and MSI file signature mismatch."

Solution

This issue arises momentarily when either the installation or uninstallation procedure cannot be carried out properly. Most of the time, the error can be ignored by pressing "Confirm" so that the process can be commenced again.

If the issue persists, send a support request email at support@medit.com with remote access information such as TeamViewer or Anydesk.
