Symptoms
The Medit Link application fails to update with the following message during automatic updates.
Troubleshooting
1. If antivirus software is enabled
Please disable or pause the antivirus software and attempt the update again.
2. If the internet connection is slow or unstable
Check the internet connection status and speed, then try updating again.
3. If the issue persists after retrying the update, expert assistance is required.
Please include the following information when submitting an inquiry, as it will help resolve the issue:
- A screenshot of the error message
- System specifications (e.g., GPU information)
⚠️ Caution
The system requirements for Medit Link are lower than those for Medit Scan for Clinics.
Even if the installation and update of Medit Link proceed normally, if the system specifications do not meet the requirements of Medit Scan for Clinics, the core functions of Medit Scan for Clinics will not work.
If you are unable to close Medit Link normally, force quit it using the following method:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Windows Task Manager.

Click the [Processes] tab in the Task Manager.

Select Medit Link Task Manager from the list.

Click [End Task] at the bottom-right of the Task Manager window.
