Symptoms

The following error message appears when you try to install the Medit Link application on your PC.

Solutions

The Medit Link application will not work on the 32-bit version of Windows. Check that your device is running on the 64-bit version of Windows 10.

1. On your Windows 10, open Settings.
2. Click on System.
3. Click on About.
4. Check Device specifications > System type.
