Symptoms
The GPU Unavailable message appears in Medit Scan for Clinics.
Solution
1. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features and check whether Medit Essential CUDA 2.0.0.16 is installed.
If it is not installed, download and install it using the link below.
Once the installation is completed successfully, launch Medit Scan for Clinics and check whether the GPU can be used normally.
2. If the issue persists after installing CUDA, update the NVIDIA graphics driver to the latest version.
2-1) Right-click the Start button (Windows logo) and select Device Manager.
2-2) Expand Display adapters, right-click the NVIDIA graphics card, and select Update driver.
2-3) When updating the driver through Device Manager, it may indicate that the latest driver is already installed even when the installed driver is not actually the latest version.
If the issue persists, install NVIDIA App using the link below and update the graphics driver through NVIDIA App.
