Check the Connection Ensure the wireless hub and PD cable are securely connected and reattach firmly.
Check USB-C Port Verify if the USB-C port supports Power Delivery (PD) functionality by checking the laptop manufacturer's website. (Note: While PD is supported on the laptop, there may be compatibility differences between the i700 wireless and USB-C port depending on the laptop model.) Try connecting to another USB-C port that supports PD. If the USB-C port’s data transmission or power output is unstable, it may cause connection issues. Unstable connection can occur if the USB-C port has poor contact. | - |
Change the Connection Method Try connecting using a USB 3.0 cable and power adapter for Standard Scan.
