Symptoms
The battery is fully charged to 100%, but the software shows the battery level as 1%.
Troubleshooting
1. Check for battery defect
Try inserting a different battery that is fully charged.
Check if the same symptom appears even when connected using the Extension Cable Battery (wired battery).
2. Submit an inquiry
If the problem persists, the scanner handpiece may be defective and professional assistance is required.
Symptoms
The LED does not light up or lights up red when the battery is charging, and charging does not proceed.

Troubleshooting
1. Check the contact terminals
Check for foreign substances or damage on the contact terminals of the battery and charger.
Wipe gently with a soft cloth.
2. Cross-check the charger and battery
Try charging a different battery in the charger port where the LED does not light up or lights up red.
If the LED also does not light up or lights up red for the other battery
→ The charger is considered defective.
If the LED lights up blue normally for the other battery
→ The battery is considered defective.
