Symptoms
Cannot connect to the tabletop scanner.
Solution
1. Check Windows for updates.
2. Update chipset(motherboard) drivers.
3. Reinstall the Medit Link application.
4. Try with another USB 3.0 port.
5. Check if the scanner is powering on.
6. Try with another USB 3.0 cable.
7. Make sure that the "Cypress" driver is shown and enabled on the Device Manager.
8. Disconnect all accessories (including USB 3.0 cable and Power Adaptor), reconnect them, and reboot the scanner.
9. Unplug all peripherals (including the USB 3.0 cable and the power adaptor) and wait a minute.
10. Turn on the power and reconnect all of the accessories.
11. Go to the location where you saved the Medit Link file.
12. Run the "meditipchanger."
13. Press any key on the keyboard once you get the result as shown below.
14. Reconnect the scanner after running the Medit Link and Medit Scan for Labs.
15. Reconnect the internet if the scanner works properly.
