Use aligner credits to order aligners from Medit at discounted prices.
Aligner credits can be obtained in two ways:
- Purchase an aligner credit package
- Purchase a scanner bundle that includes aligner credits
Aligner Credit Package Promotion

This promotion is available to customers in the United States and Europe. Available packages and pricing may vary by region.
Pricing Information
One credit can be used to order one aligner, either an aligner only or an aligner that includes design services.
The standard price is $18 (€18) per aligner and $20 (€20) per aligner with design services included.
When ordering with an aligner credit package, aligners cost $10 (€10) each with the 300-credit package and $12 (€12) each with the 100-credit package, offering lower prices than the standard rate.

Each user may purchase a promotional package only once per Medit Link account.
Example: If a 300-credit package has already been purchased with a Medit Link account, neither an additional 300-credit package nor a 100-credit package can be purchased using the same account.
ℹ️ Note
- Packaging taxes and shipping fees are charged separately depending on the destination.
- Credits are deducted based on the number of aligners ordered, not the number of cases.
- Credits do not expire.
- All packages must be paid for in a single payment through Stripe.
- Available credits are applied first, after which the remaining cash payment amount is calculated.
Example: Ordering 10 aligners
10 credits will be deducted. Shipping fees and any other applicable charges must be paid separately.
Purchasing an Aligner Credit Package
1. Go to MOS Portal (meditortho.com) and log in with your Medit Link account.
2. Select Aligner Credits at the top of the dashboard.
3. On the Aligner Credits screen, select the promotional package you want to purchase.
- 300-Credit Package
- 100-Credit Package
In the Terms & Conditions panel of the Aligner Credits window, review the Key Terms, select the checkbox to indicate your agreement, and click Buy Credits to proceed to the Stripe payment page.
ℹ️ Key Terms (Prepaid Aligner Units Package)
- Shipping fees and other applicable charges are not included in the package price and will be charged separately for each aligner order.
- Taxes are not included and are the user’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
- Credits may only be used for Medit Aligner orders eligible for this promotion.
- Credits are linked to the user’s Medit Link account and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.
- Credits have no cash value.
- Unless otherwise required by law, the package is non-refundable once payment has been completed.
- The use of credits is subject to the Medit Aligners Order Terms and the applicable promotional terms.
- Medit Aligners are medical devices and must be used only in accordance with applicable laws and the professional judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Enter your payment information and complete the payment.
Once the payment confirmation message appears, the credits will automatically be added to your account.
You can check your available credit balance under Total Credits in the upper-right corner of the MOS Portal dashboard.
Scanner Bundle Promotion with Aligner Credits
ℹ️ Note
This promotion is available only to customers in Europe. Available packages and pricing may vary by region.
Through the scanner purchase bundle promotion, aligner credits are provided based on the scanner model purchased.
The included aligner credits are not automatically added to your account after purchase. You must register the scanner’s serial number to activate the credits manually. Each serial number can be used only once to activate the promotional credits associated with it.

The number of credits provided is determined automatically based on the scanner model and cannot be changed.
Registering Aligner Credits
1. Connect and register the scanner in Medit Scan for Clinics.
2. Go to MOS Portal (meditortho.com) and log in with the Medit Link account to which you want to add the credits.
⚠️ Caution
Make sure that you are logged in to the Medit Link account to which you want to add the credits. Once registered, credits cannot be transferred to another account.
3. Select the profile icon at the top of the dashboard, and then select Claim Scanner Credits from the menu that appears.
4. Enter the scanner’s serial number, and then click Claim Credits.
The serial number is located on the bottom of the scanner.
How to check the scanner's serial number
Once the submitted serial number has been verified, the credits will automatically be added to your Medit Link account and can be used immediately when ordering aligners in the MOS app.
You can check your available credit balance at any time under Total Credits in the upper-right corner of MOS Portal.
ℹ️ Note
An error message may appear if the serial number is not recognized or verification fails.
- Make sure that the serial number has been entered correctly.
- Make sure that the scanner is eligible for the aligner credit bundle promotion.
- Make sure that the credits associated with the serial number have not already been activated.

Using Credits
When Ordering Aligners
In Step 5 of Ordering Medit Aligners, review the order information, proceed to the Invoice & Payment screen, and use your credits to pay for the order.
When Ordering Aligners with Design Services
In Step 3 of Medit Aligner Design Service, review the order information, proceed to the Invoice & Payment screen, and use your credits to pay for the order.
ℹ️ Note
After the credits have been applied, pay the remaining balance through Stripe.
Example: Packaging taxes and shipping fees, as well as the cost of any aligners ordered in excess of the available credit balance.
