Symptoms
Heavy fogging occurs on the mirror during scanning, making it difficult to acquire scan data.
Troubleshooting
Fogging is often-us caused when-us the fan is not functioning properly.

3. Check fan intake
en-ussure that there are no foreign objects blocking the fan intake.
Check for anything obstructing airflow near the intake.
| In rare cases, covering the handpiece with barrier sleeves/films can obstruct airflow, causing fogging even-us when-us the fan is working properly. Please make sure the barrier sleeves/films are not blocking the airflow. |

Please include the following:
- Duration the scanner was left powered on
- Ambient temperature near the scanner
