The following information applies to all scanner models listed above.
Symptom
Pressing the power button on the scanner does not turn off the power immediately.
Troubleshooting
1. Check Scanner Connections
Check the connections of each scanner to verify any loose contacts.

2. Check USB-C Port Verify if the USB-C port on the laptop supports Power Delivery (PD) functionality through the laptop manufacturer's website. (Though the laptop specifications may indicate PD support, there could be compatibility differences between the i600/i700 and the laptop's USB-C port.) Try connecting to another USB-C port that supports PD. If the USB-C port’s power output is unstable, it may cause power issues. | - |
3. Change Connection Method [i600, i700] Try connecting via Standard Scan using a PD hub, USB 3.0 cable, and power adapter. | - |

Check if you feel a click when pressing the power button.
Ensure the button is not stuck or malfunctioning.
