Why is the LED lamp of my i700 blinking?

Symptoms

The LED lamp of the i700 scanner is blinking on and off when turning on the scanner.

Solutions

Flickering or blinking LED lights are usually caused by a bad power supply or an accessory problem. To fix the problem or to find out the cause, perform the following:

1. Try to connect using another USB port.

2. Check the USB cable, the power delivery cable, the power hub, and the PC if everything is plugged in properly.

3. If possible, prepare a new set of accessories for the USB cable, the power delivery cable, and the power hub, try each with a new one and observe if it works.

Even after trying the above three methods, if the problem still occurs, contact the dealer or service rep.
