Symptoms
Fail to connect to the scanner with the USB power hub.
Solution
1. Check Windows for updates.
2. Update chipset(motherboard) drivers.
3. Reinstall the Medit Link application.
4. Try with a different USB 3.0 port of your PC.
5. Check if the scanner is powering on (Blue light).
6. Try with other accessories (Power delivery cable, Power hub, USB 3.0 cable).
7. Check if Medit Devices and Medit Controller show up on the Device Manager.
8. Make sure that the power delivery cable and the USB 3.0 cable are connected to the correct port of the Power Hub accessory as seen in the image below.
① Connect the USB C Cable to the Power Hub
② Connect the Medical Adapter to the Power Hub.
③ Connect the Power Cord to the Medical Adapter.
④ Connect the Power Cord to a power source.
⑤ Connect the USB A Cable to the PC.
💡 In the case that the scanner directly connects to the PC, check if the scanner works properly with USB-C direct connection.
