📖 System Requirements

It is recommended that a computer should meet the minimum requirements to operate a Medit T-series scanner and Medit Link for Labs (scan program). In addition, the Windows system should be up-to-date to ensure the USB 3.0 port is working properly.

• Medit T-series scanner is designed to use a USB 3.0 connection. Ensure the scanner is connected via a USB 3.0 port.
• The T-series scanner system is unavailable for Windows 32 bit and Mac OS.
• Before installing the scan software, please update Windows, graphics card, and USB device drivers.

💡Internet speed requirement for Medit Link

• We do not have a set minimum speed requirement as there are external factors that can affect the network speed. As a general rule, the Medit Link application connected to your network should have a stable network connection of 10Mbps (both upload and download) at minimum. However, to ensure a smooth upload and download of large scan data, at least 25Mbps is required.

How to Check Your System Information

◼︎ On Windows 10, you can check the system information by one of the following:

• Type System Information in the search box on your taskbar
• Right-click on the My Computer or This PC icon and then, tab Properties
• Open Settings > System > About

◼︎ The exact name of your graphics card is available in the Windows Display Settings.

• Type Control Panel in the search box on your taskbar, and then go to Control Panel > System > Device manager > Display adapters. Expand Display adapters to check the graphics card.
