What Is MOS Portal?

MOS (Medit Orthodontic Suite) Portal is a web portal where you can track the progress of aligner manufacturing orders submitted through the MOS app and manage your aligner credits.

Case data editing and treatment simulation creation are performed in the MOS app. The following features are available in MOS Portal:

Check the status of aligner manufacturing orders
Track order progress
View and purchase aligner credits
Request a consultation

ℹ️ Note

Case data editing, simulation creation, and related tasks are performed in the MOS app, not in MOS Portal.

Logging In and Creating an Account

MOS Portal uses your Medit Link account for login. There is no separate sign-up process specifically for MOS Portal. If you do not have an account, click Sign Up on the login screen to go to the Medit Link account creation page.

1. Open MOS Portal(Link) and select the My Account menu.

2. Under My Account, enter your ID and password, and then click the login button.

(MOS Portal uses your Medit Link account. Enter the same ID and password that you use for Medit Link.)

If you do not have a Medit Link account, click Sign Up to go to the Medit Link account creation page.

If you do not have a Medit Link account but are interested in using Medit Orthodontic Suite, click Request Consultation under “Interested in Medit Orthodontic Suite but don't have a Medit Link account?” at the bottom of the login screen to request a consultation.

Rejected	Rejected orders
Total Orders	Total number of orders, including a donut chart showing the proportion of orders by status
