Symptoms
The error message "Failed to load the PNL file" appears on the scanner status window.
Solutions
[1] Check the PNL file.

Check the serial number of the calibration panel and select the corresponding PNL file in the calibration window.
- If you cannot find the corresponding PNL file in the list, click the [...] button to register the PNL file which has been saved in your PC. Click the Confirm button and the scanner will automatically start the calibration process.
- If you don't have the PNL file for your scanner, select Barcode and click the Confirm button. The scanner will automatically scan the barcode and begin downloading the PNL file online. Once the download is complete, the scanner will proceed with the calibration process. Make sure that your pc is online to complete the process.
- If your scanner product is earlier than the T-series, select Input the number and enter the serial number found on the bottom of the calibration panel. Click the Confirm button so that the system can begin downloading the corresponding PNL file online. Once the download is complete, it will begin the calibration process. Make sure that your PC is online to complete the process.
[2] Ensure that "BLK" is included in the PNL file name.
- If you changed the PNL file name, change it back to the original name or replace it with the original file from the installer file in USB flash drive.
