The computer used to connect to the intraoral scanner must meet the system requirements for Medit Scan for Clinics. (The computer that meets the requirements of Medit Scan for Clinics satisfies all other requirements as well.)
The computer used to connect to the tabletop scanner(T-series scanner) must meet the system requirements for Medit Scan for Labs or colLab(old version tabletop scanner software).

Medit Scan for Clinics Requirement
- i500 is only compatible with Windows and is not supported on macOS.
All other intraoral scanners are compatible with both systems. - In fanless MacBook Air models, performance degradation may occur due to heat rather than specifications.

Check if your PC's USB-C port supports Power Delivery (PD) by looking for the symbol next to the port.
If PD is not supported, the i900 scanner cannot be used.
The i600, i700, and i700w scanners will still work, but the Plug & Scan feature (adapter-free connection) won’t be available.

1. We recommend using one PC dedicated to the intraoral scanner as other programs hidden in the background may affect overall scanning performance.
2. Use PC and monitor certified IEC 60950, IEC 55032, IEC 55024.
3. The device may not work when using cables other than the USB 3.0 cable provided by Medit. Medit is not responsible for any problems caused by cables other than the USB 3.0 cable provided Medit. Be sure to use only the USB 3.0 cable included in the package.
Medit Scan for Labs Requirement (and colLab Requirement)
Medit T-series scanner is designed to use a USB 3.0 connection.
1.Ensure the scanner is connected via a USB 3.0 port.
2.Before installing the scan software, please update Windows, graphics card, and USB device drivers. Windows system should be up-to-date to ensure the USB 3.0 port is working properly.
- The T-series scanner system is unavailable for Windows 32 bit and Mac OS.
