🔍 How to Effectively Promote Your Dental Laboratory (Lab Admin Account Only)

Medit encourages collaboration between clinics and labs in Medit Link.

If your lab is well introduced on the Partners menu, it is more likely to receive orders from new clinics.

In this article, we'll show you how to showcase your lab effectively.

To register the lab information in the Partners menu, go to My Info > My Lab.

You will see the following form.

The information entered in My Lab will be displayed on the Partners menu as below.

*The same number in the images below indicates the information you entered in the form above.

In the Partners menu list, you can check the cover image (❷), lab name (❶), location (❿), and specialties (❺).

Click a lab and open Lab Information to see more detailed information.

Tips to keep in mind when filling out the form

1. Cover Images (❷)

You can upload up to three cover images. The first cover image will be displayed in the Partners menu list. The second and third images will be shown only in Lab Information. You can upload JPG, GIF, or PNG only. The maximum size should be 10 MB. The recommended size for a cover image is 900 x 130 (W x H) pixels.

 

2. Logo Image (❸)

You can upload one logo image. You can upload JPG, GIF, or PNG only.

The maximum size should be 10 MB. The recommended size for a logo image is 360 x 360 (W x H) pixels.

 

3. Services (❹) and Specialties (❺)

You can select the services your lab provides. Among them, choose up to three specialized services you want to showcase in the Partners menu list.

 

4. About Us (❽)

You can provide the following information.

• Brief introduction
• Lab size (number of employees)
• Certificates or licenses
• The software or machine your lab is using
• Awards
• Teaching experience
• Prostheses for sale, warranty policy, production period
• FAQ
• Message to potential partners

5. Location (❿)

Your location will be spotted on the map after entering the address. Only the country/region and city will be displayed in the Partners menu list. The exact location will be provided in Lab Information.

 

6. Introduction Photos (⓯)

You can upload up to 10 photos. The first five photos will be displayed in Lab Information, and the remaining five are available by turning the page.
