📖 Partners

You can search for Medit Link users based on their business name and/or address.

In the search results, you can send a partnership request to a business you want to work with. Search results are listed by order volume within the region shown on the map.

Partnership Request/Termination

To establish a partnership, both organizations must be registered in the partner list.
You can register in the partner list by selecting the checkbox in My Info > My Clinic > Search Options.

When you select a partner from the partner list, information about the partner will be displayed on the screen. From this screen, you can view the lab/clinic information and proceed with requesting or terminating a partnership.
(Partnership requests and acceptance are only available for administrator accounts. This feature is not available for member accounts.)

However, you cannot terminate the partnership if there are ongoing cases. Termination is only possible 14 days after all cases have been marked as “Case Completed.”

My Partner List

You can review your current partnerships with all your existing partner businesses in  Partnership tab. You can approve or reject received partnership requests in Pending tab.

Partner Invitation (If the organization is not in the partner list)

If you have a clinic or lab you want to work with, you can invite them to join Medit Link. The partnership will be automatically formed once they accept the invitation.

1. Click "Invite Partner" at the top right of the screen.

2. Enter the email address of a business you want to work with and send them an invitation with a partnership request.

3. Once the invited organization accepts the invitation and signs up for Medit Link, the partnership will be automatically established.
