Apps look cut-off or displayed improperly

Symptoms

The apps appear incomplete or are displayed incorrectly.

Solution

1. Use the right mouse button to select the desktop.
2. From the menu, select "Display Setting."
3. Change the font size, app size, and other items to 100%.
