[Guide] Exporting Scan Data and Using Third-Party CAD Software

Scan data (STL, PLY, OBJ) obtained from Medit Scan for Clinics can be used in most third-party CAD software.

1. How to Export (Export)

Direct export from the Medit Scan for Clinics app is not supported.
Please export the data via the file viewer in Medit Link.

2. File Transfer Based on Integration Status

Most CAD software supports compatibility through manual export; depending on whether the software is integrated, more convenient file transfer methods may be available as described below.

When using integrated apps, data can be transferred easily through apps integrated with Medit Link.

Medit Link Integrated Third-Party Apps

When using non-integrated programs such as 3Shape CAD, manually export the files according to the guide above and then import them into the respective software.
(For color data, PLY or OBJ formats are recommended.)
