1. Paid Plans for Medit Apps

Medit Apps are divided into apps included in the Essential App Bundle and apps available through an individual subscription or one-time purchase.

Essential App Bundle

The following apps are included in the Essential App Bundle and cannot be subscribed to individually.

• Medit Splints
• Medit Smile Design
• Medit Ortho Simulation
• Medit Crown Fit
• Medit DCM Converter
• Medit Checkpoint
• Medit Margin Lines
• Medit Occlusion Analyzer

Individually Paid Apps

The following apps are available through a subscription or one-time purchase, depending on the policy for each product.

• Medit Model Builder
• Medit ClinicCAD
• Medit Orthodontic Suite
• Medit AuraVue

2. Managing Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions and payments for Medit Apps can be managed under Membership in Medit Link Web.

Manage Plan

You can view the subscription plans available to you based on your region, registered products, scanners, and other applicable criteria. You can also start or cancel a subscription and manage its status. If free trials or promotional benefits are available to eligible users, you can view and use them here.

Payment Details

You can view your subscription and one-time payment history and download invoices and receipts.

Payments can only be made through the group administrator account. Member accounts cannot make payments directly.
(A group consists of one administrator and multiple members.)

3. Scanner Registration and Pricing Benefits

Some Medit Apps offer free access or a preferred price based on the Medit scanners registered to the group.

The scanners eligible for pricing benefits may vary by product (app plan). Please check which scanners qualify for the preferred price for each product.

Price Types

Standard Price

The price applied under the standard terms of use for the product.

Preferred Price

The price applied when a Medit scanner that meets the eligibility requirements for the product is registered to the group. Depending on the product, it may be offered at a discounted price or free of charge.

Scanner Registration Status

You can check the registration status of scanners linked to the group under Medit Link Web > My Info > My Scanner.

Registered means that the scanner is currently registered to the group.

If the status is Unregistered, the scanner may currently be registered to another group. Since a scanner can be registered to only one group, registering it to another group automatically unregisters it from the original group. In this case, refer to the link below and register the scanner again using an account in the group where you want to use the app.

Scanner Connection and Registration  

When Benefits Take Effect

Once an eligible scanner for the product is registered to the group, free access or the preferred price will be applied according to the policy for that product.

If the subscription price changes, the updated terms may take effect from the next billing cycle. They will not be applied retroactively to amounts already paid.

4. Pricing by Product

Prices and scanners eligible for the preferred price vary by product. Please check the details below.

Essential App Bundle

Scanners Eligible for the Preferred Price

• Users subject to the Standard Price are offered a one-month free trial.
• Support for Medit Ortho Simulation has been discontinued in the United States and the EU. Therefore, it is not included in the Essential App Bundle offered in these regions.
• Medit Margin Lines, Medit Occlusion Analyzer, and Medit Checkpoint require Medit scan data.

If you have not subscribed to the Essential App Bundle or are not eligible for free access, you cannot launch the apps included in the bundle.

Medit Model Builder

The app and its design features are available free of charge. A subscription or one-time payment is required when exporting the results.

xSNAP Articulator

xSNAP is a paid 3D articulator feature available in Model Builder. It requires a separate subscription from Model Builder.

To use xSNAP, you must have access to Model Builder.

Medit ClinicCAD

Medit ClinicCAD is available as a paid service according to the official launch schedule for each region. Available versions and launch dates may vary by region.

Medit Orthodontic Suite

Medit Orthodontic Suite (MOS) offers two separate workflows, each with its own pricing structure.

• File downloads are not required.
• Additional packaging and shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery region.
• If a promotion is available, separate discount terms may apply.

Medit AuraVue

Currently Available Countries

United States

• Separate terms of use may apply to Overjet Co-Pilot users following account verification.
• Medit AuraVue requires Medit scan data.

5. Discontinued Apps

Temporaries

Support for Temporaries was discontinued worldwide on March 31, 2025.

Ortho Simulation

Support for Ortho Simulation was discontinued in the United States and the EU on May 4, 2026.
