Medit Apps Subscription / One-time Payment

After subscribing, the Medit Apps Plan is managed similarly to the Medit Cloud Storage Plan. You can manage your subscription through the following tabs in Medit Link Web > Membership.

My Subscriptions: Manage subscription cancellations, payment methods, and subscription status.
Redeem: Enter promotional codes.
Payment Details: Download invoices and receipts.

Paid apps are free of charge to install and experience. Payment is required when clicking the [Complete] button at the final stage of the workflow.

Payments can only be made from the group's admin account, and Member accounts are not allowed to make payments. (a group consists of one admin and multiple member accounts).

Medit offers both subscription and one-time payment options.

	Subscription	One-time Payment
When using a member account	When a group's admin account has a subscription, members can extract outcomes without a separate payment step.	After saving a project file, an admin account can pay to extract it.
When modifying an already paid project file	Modifications and extractions are available unlimitedly.	Pricing policies vary by app. [Medit Model Builder, Medit ClinicCAD] You can extract an outcome without modifications within the same project or with modification to the same tooth number’s restoration at no additional cost. If the tooth number is different or the restoration shape has changed, an additional fee will be required upon extraction.
When using a project file created before the pricing policy change	Modifications and extractions are available unlimitedly.	Project files created before the pricing policy took effect can be extracted for free as long as no modifications has been made. If a user designs a new restoration or model using a previously created project file and extracts the outcome after the new pricing policy takes effect, charges will apply.

Scanner Owner Registration

Medit scanner owners and non-owners may be subject to different pricing plans.

Medit tabletop scanners (T710, T510, T310, T500, T300, T200, Identica Hybrid, Identica Blue, Identica Light)
*Applicable only to users who connect these devices to Medit Link.

A group must own at least one scanner to be recognized as a scanner owner.

After logging into Medit Link, connecting the scanner, and scanning at least once, the system will automatically register the user as a Medit scanner owner.

You can check your scanner ownership status in Medit Link Web > My Info > My Scanner to see if it is marked as ‘Registered.’

Pricing Plans for Apps

Medit Model Builder

Starting from v1.4 (2025-03-31), Medit Model Builder remains free for Medit scanner owners but becomes a paid application for non-owners.

For example, when a user who does not own a Medit scanner is extracting only the upper arch, a fee of $2.5 (2.5 EUR) will be charged. When extracting both the upper and lower arches, $5 (5 EUR) will be charged.

Medit ClinicCAD

On March 31, 2025, Medit ClinicCAD v1.0 will be initially launched in the United States as a paid application before gradually expanding to other regions.

In Medit ClinicCAD v1.0, the Auto-Generation feature for single posterior crowns has been introduced. Future updates will continue to enhance functionality to improve user convenience.

For example, when extracting a crown for tooth #46, Medit scanner owners will be charged $3, while non-owners will be charged $5. When extracting crowns for teeth #46 and #47, Medit scanner owners will be charged $6, while non-owners will be charged $10.
