🔍 Order Box / In Box

In a dental clinic account, Order Box is displayed, while in a dental lab account, In Box is displayed. The overall UI structure and workflow are similar; however, certain features differ depending on the account type.

(Dental Clinic Account)
Order Box displays cases for which orders have been placed through Case Box.
It shows order-related statuses separately from the status shown in Case Box.

(Dental Lab Account)
Cases received through Medit Link can be viewed in In Box.
Cases created directly by the dental lab are not displayed.

You can configure the screen layout by changing how the case list in Patient / Case Box / Work Box / In Box / Order Box is displayed, according to your preference.

Cases are displayed according to the selected view option.

• The status of ordered cases is updated in real time.
• Orders marked as Canceled, Rejected, or Refunded are displayed in the list; however, detailed order information is not provided.

When a case is selected in the Order Box / In Box, you will enter the detailed view screen for that case.

You can review detailed order-related information such as the order number, person in charge, patient name, account name, scan date, order date, delivery date, memo, and tags.

File Viewer Tab

You can also view the result files generated through scanning or CAD processes. The system provides functionality to display and manage 3D data or images that were either attached by the user or obtained from each program.

(1) The upper section of the Order Box / In Box supports some of the functions available in the upper section of the Case Box / Work Box.

(2) File Viewer 
File Viewer groups and shows various data, including the data acquired from programs linked to Medit Link and data attached by users.
