In a dental clinic account, the Case Box is displayed, while in a dental lab account, the Work Box is displayed. The overall UI structure and workflow are similar; however, some functions differ depending on the account type.

In the Case Box, you can create, search, and manage cases.
Each case briefly displays patient information, tooth type information, case status, and related details.
(Dental Lab Account)
In the Work Box, you can manage cases received through orders as well as cases created directly.

You can configure the screen layout by changing how the case list in Patient / Case Box / Work Box / In Box / Order Box is displayed, according to your preference.

Case Box / Work Box Details
When you select a case in Case Box / Work Box, you will enter the detailed view of that case. In the detailed view, you can perform tasks such as entering tooth chart information, scanning, and placing orders.
Form Tab
A user interface is provided where you can enter essential information for scanning tasks, such as tooth number type, method, material, and scan options. The entered information is transmitted to the linked scanning program and is used as order information delivered to the business partner when placing an order.

File Viewer Tab
A user interface is provided to review result files generated through scanning or CAD processes. It offers functions to effectively display and manage 3D data and 2D images processed in each program or attached by the user.

When using the Chairside workflow, you can manage the case progress step-by-step by changing the status according to each workflow stage (Scan – CAD – CAM – Mill – Done). At each stage, you can use the menu to review and perform required actions such as attaching files or exporting data, and update the case status accordingly.
Scan
You can export completed scan data for CAD processing or perform additional scanning.
CAD
You can complete the stage by attaching the finalized design data or manually mark it as completed. After completing the stage, you can export the data for CAM processing.
CAM, Mill
You can complete the stage by attaching files or manually mark it as completed.
Done
You can change the case status to completed.
(3) File Viewer
File Viewer groups and shows various data, including the data acquired from programs linked to Medit Link and data attached by users.
