Training
Basic product training is available through the sales partner from whom you purchased the product.
Our official partners are equipped with a variety of training resources to provide product support and usage education.
This Help Center serves as a comprehensive knowledge base that integrates all of Medit’s learning and information channels and is currently available in 10 languages.
The latest User Guide is provided in a total of 21 languages, and all of its content is already included in the Help Center.
Medit Academy is a learning platform that offers a wide range of educational content covering product usage and overall workflows.
Among the Academy content, Webinar materials are focused on real-world usage scenarios and hands-on experiences, and are provided as videos or links through the Help Center’s multimedia library (Media Archive).
In addition, there is an active user community on Facebook where users share experiences and know-how.

Technical Support
The Help Center provides AI-generated summaries and recommended articles when you submit a question using the search bar or the chatbot (accessible by clicking the icon at the bottom right of the page).
If the chatbot’s response does not fully address your issue, a live chat option with a support agent will be offered.
For more complex inquiries, please submit a ticket via the “Submit a Request” link at the top right of the page or the link provided below.
A Medit support agent will contact you and, if necessary, arrange an online support session to further assist with your case.
Warranty
All intraoral scanners include a standard one-year warranty starting from the installation date.
Medit offers up to four years of extended warranty for the i600, i700 series, and i900 series, available through the Medit Shop or from the local reseller where you purchased your product.
This allows for a maximum total warranty period of five years.

Medit Intraoral Scanner Warranty
After creating an account on the Medit Shop, you can enter your scanner’s serial number to check the available warranty extension options and proceed with payment.
