Medit provides training through its partner network, which is dedicated to delivering the highest level of support.
This Help Center site serves as a convenient knowledge base and is available in 10 languages, while the Medit Academy site offers training courses where you can learn everything related to product usage.
Additionally, the latest version of the user guide—available in 21 languages (English, Arabic (Egypt), Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese)—can also be accessed online.

Technical Support
Medit offers online technical support. Please leave a message via “Submit a Request” and a Medit customer support representative will contact you and, if necessary, arrange an online support session for your case.
Warranty
All intraoral scanners come with a standard one-year warranty starting from the installation date.
Medit offers an extended warranty for the i600, i700, i700 wireless, i900, i900 classic through the Medit Shop. Detailed information about the warranty can be found in the attached document below.
