It is a clinic with an in-house dental lab that manufactures dental prostheses, and it only has a Medit Link Clinic account and does not use the "Order" feature of Medit Link. What steps must I take to convert a case from "Scan Completed" to "Case Completed"?

Select "Case Completed" from the vertical ellipsis (⋮) button at the top right of the screen for the case.
