I am a Medit Link clinic account user. Is it possible for me to manually set a case's status to "Case Completed"?
A case with "Accepted" or "Shipped" status can be manually changed to "Case Completed" status.
1. Open the case.
2. Click the "Confirm Delivery" button at the top right of the screen.
- Cases with "Accepted" or "Shipped" status that 14 days elapsed after delivery will be notified via the "Complete Order" window. In this window, you can batch-change selected cases to "Case Completed" status.
- Cases not accepted by the dental laboratory are marked as "Pending" and cannot be changed to "Case Completed" by the dental clinic user.
