Q: Are there any restrictions for use?
A: A Medit Link account is required.
Only Admin accounts can use it; login with a member account is not supported.
MEDIT M cannot be used with an Enterprise Account.
The currently released version of MEDIT M is available in countries outside of China.
(Medit Link supports users in China through a dedicated server operating independently from the global version.)

A: MEDIT M supports the following languages:

Q: When are permissions requested?
A: Permissions are requested when the app needs access to the gallery (photos), notifications, or camera.
Q: How do push notifications work?
A: Push notifications operate based on the settings of the user's mobile device.

Q: Why aren’t memos and tags visible on the case detail screen?
A: Due to mobile screen size limitations, memos and tags are not displayed if they are not added to the case. The related tabs appear only if memos or tags are added.
Q: Why isn’t the Order Chat icon visible on the case detail screen?
The Order Chat icon is displayed only when the order is completed and scan data is sent to the partner. If the icon is not visible, it indicates the case is created but not yet ordered with a partner.

Currently, MEDIT M does not support viewing "bridge" order information. This feature will be improved soon through future updates. For accurate order information, please use the Medit Link Desktop App or Web version.

Q: What is the difference between 1:1 Chat and Order Chat?
1:1 Chat: A general messaging feature that lets you communicate freely with partners who have an established partnership.
Order Chat: A chatroom created for an ordered case. It operates separately from 1:1 Chat and lets you easily review the case history within the chatroom.
Q: How long are chat contents stored?
Chat contents are stored permanently as long as you don’t leave the chatroom. However, loading older chats (over six months old) may take additional time.
Q: What happens to chat contents if I leave the chatroom?
If you leave the chatroom, you won’t be able to view its contents anymore.
Other participants who remain in the chatroom can still access the existing chat history.
