The existing paid subscribers will receive an official notification regarding the policy changes starting in September (via email and Medit Link pop-up).
The existing users who consent to the 10TB Medit Cloud Storage Plan within the pre-consent period (from 9/10 to 10/28) will receive one month of free usage.
The users who do not consent to the new paid-storage plan will continue to enjoy the cloud storage up to 2GB, effective 11/1.
During the maintenance period (10/29~10/31), the following features will be restricted on Medit Link:
Membership > Redeem (all users)
Membership > Subscribe (previous subscribers)
Membership > Billing Info > Edit Payment Method (previous subscribers)
Q1. What happens to data exceeding 2GB if the Medit Link Premium Plan user does not agree to the new plan?
A1. The user's previous data will remain stored in the cloud. However, the user will not be able to upload additional data to the cloud or place new orders for additional scan data.
To continue using Medit Link without a paid subscription, the user can back up and delete data using the following methods:

When exporting a case, the case information, patient information, and scan data are saved together in the Meditex format, and it can only be imported through Medit Link.
When exporting scan data, only the scan data is saved, and it is stored in Meditmesh, OBJ, PLY, or STL formats, making it universally usable.
Q2. When will the new payment amount take effect?
A2. The new payment amount will take effect on the user’s next billing date after the policy change date (11/1). If consent is given during the pre-consent period (from 9/10 to 10/28), the user will receive one month of free usage and the new payment amount will instead take effect on the user’s next billing date after 12/1.
ℹ️ Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from the membership at any moment. After unsubscribing, you can still use the Premium membership for the remaining days of that paid month. Your plan will be changed to Standard from the next payment day, and the cloud storage will be limited to 1 GB(2GB after 11/1). If the cloud storage capacity is exceeded, the files will not be backed up, and the order and share functions will not be available.
1. On the Membership panel in Medit Link Web(https://www.meditlink.com/), select the Standard tab and click 'Unsubscribe.'
2. Click "Cancel Subscription."
3. To confirm that you want to unsubscribe, click "Cancel Subscription" again in the new pop-up window.
4. Your subscription has been canceled.
