The following error message appears when you try to install the Medit Link application on your PC.
The problem could occur due to double-byte character included in the Windows user name. Change the PC user name to a new one that doesn't have spaces or a double-byte character set (DBCS) character.
If the problem persists, try the following:
1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator
2. Type "Sfc/scannow" and click Enter.
3. Restart your PC when the system verification process is complete.
4. Reinstall the Medit Link application.
