Does the i500 support USB 2.0 connections?
Answer
The i500 system does not support a USB 2.0 connection. A USB 3.0 cable should be used to connect it to a USB 3.0 port. Make sure to connect the scanner according to the instructions below.
- Setting up the i500
(1) Plug the USB 3.0 Cable into the Power Hub.
(2) Plug the Medical Adapter into the Power Hub.
(3) Plug the Power Cord into the Medical Adapter.
(4) Plug the Power Cord into a Power Outlet.
(5) Attach the USB 3.0 Cable to the PC.
