How do I get a refund from a laboratory?
Answer
If the clinic has already paid the lab, you will be unable to cancel the payment and will need to request a refund.
(1) Payments via Stripe
- The clinic must request a refund; if the lab accepts the request, the refund process can be completed through Stripe.
- When the refund is completed, the transaction status changes from Successful Payment to Refunded. The case in the Medit Link application has the same status label.
(2) Payments made via KCP
- The clinic must request a refund, and if the lab agrees, they must contact the Medit Link operation team (+82.02.2193.9600) to complete the refund process.
