[colLab] Sign up for colLab 2017

1. In the colLab program, click the Login button.

2. Select the Register button.

3. After ticking the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions, enter your email and password.

4. Fill up the Additional Information form and click Next.

5. Register your Medit product by entering the product serial number.

6. The system sends an email to verity your email address.

7. Complete the email verification.

8. You can now log in to the colLab software.
