It is recommended that a computer should meet the minimum requirements to operate a Medit T-series scanner and the colLab program. In addition, the Windows system should be up-to-date to ensure the USB 3.0 port is working properly.

- Medit T-series scanner is designed to use a USB 3.0 connection. Ensure the scanner is connected via a USB 3.0 port.
- The T-series scanner system is unavailable for Windows 32 bit and Mac OS.
- Before installing the scan software, please update Windows, graphics card, and USB device drivers.

- CPU: Intel Core i5 2.6GHz or higher
- RAM: 16GB or higher
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (2GB) or higher/equivalent AMD graphics card
- O/S: Windows 8 64-bit (The system is unavailable for 32-bit)

- RAM: 16GB or higher
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (3GB) or higher
- O/S: Windows 10 64-bit (The system is unavailable for 32-bit)
[4] How to Check Your System Information
On Windows 10, you can check the system information by one of the following:
- Type System Information in the search box on your taskbar
- Right-click on the My Computer or This PC icon and then, tab Properties
- Open Settings > System > About
The exact name of your graphics card is available in the Windows Display Settings.
- Type Control Panel in the search box on your taskbar, and then go to Control Panel > System > Device manager > Display adapters. Expand Display adapters to check the graphics card.
