You can only cancel an order that has been sent to the lab if the following conditions are met:
- The order was processed via the Skip Payment option.
- The order is in the Pending stage i.e. the dental laboratory has yet to accept the order.
1. Run the Medit Link application.
2. Go to Order Box.
3. Find the order you wish to cancel from the Order Box list and enter the Order Details page, then click Cancel on the top right of the Order Details screen.
4. Once the order has been canceled, you will be able to modify the case in Case Box or place an order again.
