You can cancel orders sent to the lab if the following conditions are met:
- The order was sent to the partner without Payment.
- The order has not been accepted by the partner.(the Pending status)
1. Run the Medit Link application.
2. Go to Order Box and select the case you wish to call off the order for.
3. In the Order Details page, click Cancel.
4. After cancellation, in Case Box, the case can be modified or processed for an order again.
